Turning off the Matrox Supersight unit

There are different ways to turn off the Matrox Supersight unit:
• Shutting down all SHBs. Press and immediately release the power button. This
will allow the Microsoft Windows operating system (for each SHB) to shut down
properly.
• Shutting down each SHB. Press the Control-Alt-Delete keys on the keyboard
attached to the required SHB, and then select Shut Down in the Microsoft
Windows on-screen dialog box. This will allow you to save files and close running
applications before commanding the SHB to shut down.
• Force a shut down of all SHBs. Press and hold the power switch. This does not
allow the Microsoft Windows operating system enough time to shut down
properly for each SHB. Pressing and holding the power switch is not the
recommended way to turn off the unit; this way should only be used if all other
ways have failed.
