Starting the Matrox Supersight unit

After connecting a power cable to the 1 KW power supply at the back of the
Matrox Supersight, you can start your unit. By default, pressing the Matrox
Supersight unit's power button will start all the SHBs in the chassis.

Limited automatic logins and default passwords

If you have not changed the user name and password for the administrator
account, your Matrox Supersight unit will use this information to automatically
log into your operating system. However, after five consecutive automatic logins
with this password, or if you change the user name or password, Matrox Supersight
will prompt you for a user name and password at each log in.
The default user name and password are:

Password
❖ Note that the user name and password are case-sensitive.

BIOS setup utility

To enter the BIOS setup utility for a specific SHB, you must first access your SHB,
following one of the suggestions presented in the Accessing your Matrox
Supersight section, earlier in this chapter.
