Keyswitch public building

Standard the keyswitch switches off the joystick and the remotes.
Sometimes the owners of a public building request to switch off the
joystick only by the keyswitch. In that case the engineer has to change the
wiring of the keyswitch in a way that the keyswitch is part of the control
line instead of the safety circuit.
