  • Page 3 EXPLANATION Only a technician certified for this lift should service this lift (for more detailled information about the required competence see the installation manual). The latest instructions for the lift and instructions for options are available for download at www.handicarepartners.com. Check that all the components of the concerning kit are present.

  • Page 5 EXPLANATION [4]Disconnect the 9-way seatloom on the HAN125 PCB{A}. Connect the supplied OSG test connector{B}. [5]Turn on the lift{A}. Remove the hand winder access hole blanking plug{B}. [6]Locate the OSG dogging arm using a long reach (minimum 200 mm shaft) screwdriver, applying forward pres- sure through the OSG access hole.

  • Page 7 EXPLANATION [8]Remove the OSG test connector{A}. Reconnect the original 9-way seatloom on the HAN 125 PCB{B}. [9]Attempt to drive the lift. Operation of the OSG is confirmed by the lift not driving and Code “0” on the display on the frontcover (Safeties / OSG active). [8]Turn off the lift{A}.

  • Page 9 EXPLANATION [12]Refit and fasten the HAN125 in its normal position. [13]Raise the footplate{A} and check that the OSG Switch Plate is free to move left and right{B}. Lower the foot- plate{C}. [14]Refit{A} and fasten{B} the front cover from the power pack. [15]Turn on the lift.
