Step 6 Fasten the copper thermal pad onto the top heat sink , and please make
sure that the notch as red marked is facing up.
Step 7 Fasten the top cover back to complete the MXM module installation.
Note: The thermal solution might be changed due to the different MXM module installed, please find
more information on product data sheet.
