Testing

To ensure Fax has been setup successfully, perform the following steps:
Refer to the User Guide for full details of sending Faxes.
Place a document in the Document Feeder, or on the Document Glass.

Select the [Fax] key and set any features required.

Enter Fax Number using keypad.

Press the [Start] button to scan the original.

If you loaded an original on the Document Glass, you will be asked if you want to scan
another page.
If the test job fails, refer to the Problem Solving chapter for trouble-shooting procedures.
