Procedure
Step 1 Install the UPSs in a parallel system by following the method of installing a single
UPS.
Step 2 Remove the screws from the connecting plates, route the connecting plates
through the reserved holes, connect the two UPSs, and tighten the screws.

3.3.2 Connecting Power Cables

Context
The parallel power cable connections for the UPS5000-E-160K-F160 are the same
as those for the UPS5000-E-100K-F100. The following uses the UPS5000-E-100K-
F100 as an example.
Procedure
Step 1 Ground each UPS in the parallel system.
