6.2.1
The Ethernet Port Is Unavailable After an Ethernet Cable Is
Connected to the Port
Verify that the device at the other end of the Ethernet cable is working properly. And then
verify that the Ethernet cable is capable of providing the required data rate and is
properly connected.
6.2.2
The Indicator Is Off for a Long Time
PoE power supply: This product supports PoE power supply using a photoelectric
hybrid cable only when it is used in combination with RG-AM5528-SF.
The AP does not
function properly.
Check whether the device
is installed properly.
Check whether the power supply is
properly connected.
Check whether the indicator is normal.
Check whether cables are properly
connected to ports.
Contact Ruijie technical support to
check whether hardware faults exist.
