Each Tracker configuration has one or more text windows called "DEBUG", on the WINDOWS tab of the
project or system configuration. DEBUG windows can display additional information on the output video.
Changing the HORIZONTAL position value for the DEBUG window can control the information format.
(The window can not be moved horizontally).
