Check Surroundings Around Axle and Covers for Oil
Leaks
--- every 1000 hours
Check the areas around the axle and covers for oil leaks. If any
oil leaks are found, check the bolts in the oil leaking area for
looseness. Retighten as needed.

Clean Axle Housing Air Breather

--- every 500 hours
Front Axle Breather (1)
1. Clean the areas around the air breathers before
removing the air breathers. Open the machine front
cover. Front axle air breather (1) is located at the right
side. Remove the cover.
2. Put a cover on the air breather port to prevent foreign
matter from entering.
CAUTION: Be sure to wear safety glasses when
cleaning the air breather with compressed air.
3. Clean the air breather using compressed air. If
completely contaminated, wash the air breather with a
cleaning solvent, blow it dry and reinstall it.
4. Take care not to allow foreign matter to enter into the
axle housing when reinstalling the air breather.
