9. Using the four screws, re-attach the knockout plate and make sure the appropriate strain relief
is in place.

Connecting to an uninterruptable power supply

An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) allows the cinema projector head electronics to remain
operable during a power failure.
Warning! If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.
• SHOCK HAZARD! The AC power cord must be inserted into an outlet with grounding.
The following table lists the part numbers for the optional UPS power cords for each region.

Japan 125V/12A
China 250V/10A
UK 250V/10A
EU/Korea 250V/10A
Australia 250V/10A
South Africa 250V/10A
1. Remove the projector touch panel.
2. Remove the rear cover of the projector by loosening the six screws.
3. Between the exhaust fans and the AC box assembly, disconnect the MAIN input plug from the
IN-LINE receptacle.
4. Remove the protective cap from the UPS input plug.
