The kits contain different components for
adapting the Rotoclear S3 depending on
the model that is being replaced:
The replacement kit for third-party
devices (standard) contains
• Adapter flange for replacing third-
party devices (e.g. Visiport with
screw flange - hole circle 226.7 mm
in diameter)
• Cylinder bolt M5x14 Tx10
• Cylinder bolt UNC 4-40 x 7 (1/4")
• Cylinder bolt M3x8
• Sealing ring
The replacement kit for third-party
devices (DMG MORI) contains
• Cover 0.5 mm
• Adhesive dots 20 mm
• Adhesive dots 12 mm
Optional accessories
• Additional primer kit for bonding
to polycarbonate surfaces
• Straight-way valve
• Manometer
• M16 to T1/4" adapter
• Threaded pipe union
• Hose fitting
• Air hose (8 m)
• Power cable (10 m)
• Electric-pneumatic adapter
(for protective hose or tube)
