Leave the wheel bearing W unremoved, for, it had been factory
fixed to its precise position using the special tool. It is highly
recommended to replace it by a whole unit. In case only a single
parts has to be replaced anyway, the location of must be
marked on the motor plate or make sure after the installation
was complete that the wheel flange shaft stands vertical in front
of the motor plate. Unless it has been installed on the correct
position, it may result in a ribbon or tape transport failure or
impede 3mm adjustment because the printwheel fails to be col-
lateral with the motor plate surface.
Adjustment method
Move the bearing in the arrow direction < and fix it at the point
where "a=b" is established. The W flange must be collateral with
the motor plate when "a=b=c".
