HOLDING AND TRANSFERRING CALLS

Placing a call on hold

1. During a call, press the Hold softkey.

Taking a call off hold

1. Press the Options softkey, choose Retrieve call, and then press the OK key.

Transferring a call

1. During a call, press the Hold softkey.
2. Press the Options softkey, choose Transfer, and then press the OK key.
3. Transfer the call to a contact, extension, voice mailbox or outside number:
• To transfer the call to a contact:
i) Press the Contacts softkey.
ii) Choose the contact to whom you want to transfer the call, and then
press the OK key.
iii) Choose the number to dial, and then press the Select softkey.
iv) Press the Green Phone key.
• To transfer the call to an extension, dial the extension number, and then
press the Green Phone key.
• To transfer the call to voicemail, dial
Green Phone key.
• To transfer the call to an outside number:
i) Dial the 9 (0 in some countries) or 81–88 to get an outside line. If
you have the Same Line Connect feature, and want to transfer an
outside caller to an outside number, you can also dial 80 to use the
same line.
ii) Dial the phone number, and then press the Green Phone key.
