1. In the Main menu, choose Settings, and then press the OK key.
2. Choose Network settings, and then press the OK key.
3. Choose IP Mode, and then press the OK key.
4. Choose Static, press the OK key, and press the Back softkey.
5. Choose IP address, and then press the OK key. Enter the IP address, and then
press the OK key. When prompted, press the Yes softkey.
6. Choose Subnet mask, and then press the OK key. Enter the subnet mask, and
then press the OK key. When prompted, press the Yes softkey.
7. Choose DNS server, and then press the OK key. Enter the primary DNS server,
and then press the OK key. When prompted, press the Yes softkey.
8. Choose Default gateway, and then press the OK key. Enter the default
gateway, and then press the OK key. When prompted, press the Yes softkey.

Configuring the voice settings

1. Connect your computer to the same router/LAN/sub-net as the base.
2. In Idle mode, press the volume up key on the handset.
The System Status screen appears. Note the IP address of
the base.
NOTE: If the System Status screen does not appear, there
may be a problem with the DHCP server settings. The MAC
address should match the MAC address of the base. If
your network supports DHCP, the IP address should be
assigned by your network.
3. Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same LAN as the base.
4. Enter the IP address of the base from Step 2. You may have to enter http://
before the IP address.
5. When prompted, enter admin as the username, and 23646 as the password.
