This function monitors the permissible operation mode of the actuator or the excess
of the
permissible motor running time per hour
permissible motor starts per hour

PRM_2122

Permissible starts
If any of these values has been exceeded, the actuator will however not be stopped,
but the a warning is issued. The warnings are automatically deleted as soon as the
permissible running time/h or the permissible starts/h are fallen short of.
In the operational info collection (DIS_1231 Asset Management) the number of
excesses (warnings) as well as the number of motor running times and motor starts
are recorded.
PRM_168 On time warning 1 contains the sum of all on-time warnings.
PRM_167 On time warning 2 contains the maximum duration of an on-time warning
Due to excess of the set running time/h or the set starts/h, the actuator signals 4
times an on-time warning: twice during 5 min, once during 10 min, once during 17
min. Afterwards, the operating data counters contain the following values:
PRM_168 On time warning 1 = 37 min = sum of all times (5+5+10+17 min)
PRM_167 On time warning 2 = 17 min = longest period
