Wheel Drive Troubleshooting Guide

Problem
Wheel drive motor will not run in forward and reverse.
Wheel drive in one direction only, loss of either forward
or reverse.
Display LED panel shows an error 03 fault code.

Possible Cause
• Wheel Drive Motor Circuit Breaker (CB2) tripped - reset
• Control Circuit Circuit Breaker (CB1) tripped - reset
• Defective Wheel Drive Motor - replace motor
• Defective Throttle Potentiometer (R1) - replace *
• Test the Forward and Reverse (R1) wiring outputs (pins
• Repair wiring or replace the R1 pot.
• Controller can't change electrical polarity to wheel
• Speed controller has sensed an operation error code
