Operation Panel
Touch Tone: Set touch tone mode, [On] or [OFF]
Panel Language: Set language setting, [English], [Simplified Chinese], [Traditional Chinese],
[Korean]
T.A.M: Set T.A.M. mode, if setting is [On], detect line status before sending or receiving fax jobs, wait
until line is available while sending out a fax job, receive the fax first if anyone try to call out with this
line.
Number of Ring: Set the number of ring which designated the how many rings before answering the
incoming fax request. Setting values between 1 and 15 ring(s).
Fax Configuration
Sender's Name: (50 characters): Set the Sender's name.
Sender's Fax Number: (25 x 1 – byte numeric characters, '*', '#', '-'): Set the local fax phone number.
Dial Type: Set dial type, [Tone] or [Pulse].
Line Monitor: Set line monitor value, setting values contain 0 to 3.
Redial Attempt: Set redial attempt value, redial retry times if fax out failed. Settings valued contain 0
to 9.
Redial Interval: Set redial interval, redial interval last from 1 to 15 minute(s).
Fax Header: Enable or disable fax header.
Junk block: Enable or disable junk block function, check if incoming fax number is a valid number in
address book if junk block setting is [On], and then block that fax job.

Size/Type
Original Size: Set default setting of copy paper original size setting, [A4], [A5], [B5], [Post
Card], [8.5 * 11], [5.5 * 85.], [7.25 * 10.5].
Original Type: Set default setting of original paper type setting, [Text], [Text & Photo],
[Photo].
Paper Size: Set default setting of copy paper size setting, [SameAsOriginal], [A4], [A5], [B5],
[8.5 * 11], [8.5 * 13], [8.5 * 14], [5.5 * 8.5], [7.25 * 10.5], [Post Card], [Env. Com-10], [Env.
Monarch], [Env. DL], [Env. C5].
Paper Type: Set default setting of copy paper type setting, [Plain], [Bond], [Transparency],
[Heavy Weight1], [Heavy Weight2], [Coated Type1], [Coated Type2], [Coated Type3],
[Label], [Post Card], [Envelope].
Image Quality
Brightness: Set default setting of copy brightness setting, setting values contain [-2], [-1], [0],
[1], [2].
Sharpness: Set default setting of copy sharpness setting, setting values contain [-2], [-1], [0],
[1], [2].
Color Balance (R ): Set default setting of copy color balance(R) setting, setting values contain
[-2], [-1], [0], [1], [2].
Color Balance (G ): Set default setting of copy color balance(G) setting, setting values contain
