Load the paper with the side to be printed facing up and with all four corners aligned.
4.
Slide the width guides inward until they rest lightly against the edge of the paper stack.
5.
Close cover D.
6.
Set the paper size and type according to the message displayed on the control panel.
Notes:
•
Do not apply excessive force to the Cover D when you open or close it; doing so may damage the
machine.
•
Do not load paper past the maximum fill line or maximum allowed capacity
•
Set the paper guides to the correct paper width. If the paper guides are not in place, the paper will not
be properly fed and this may cause paper jams.
•
When you print on paper fed from the paper tray, set the paper size and type in the print driver.
