Detects Ethernet transmission rate and Duplex settings automatically.
10Base-T Half-Duplex
Selects 10Base-T Half-Duplex as the default value.
10Base-T Full-Duplex
Selects 10Base-T Full-Duplex as the default value.
100Base-TX Half-Duplex
Selects 100Base-TX Half-Duplex as the default value.
100Base-TX Full-Duplex
Selects 100Base-TX Full-Duplex as the default value.
Current Ethernet Settings
Displays the current Ethernet transmission speed.
MAC Address
Displays the MAC address. This is a display-only item.
Protocol Settings
Allows you to configure detailed settings for each protocol.
Some items may not be displayed if they are not restarted after [Enable] is selected in [Port Status].
The protocol that can be used will differ depending on the printer model and the options installed. Menus and
setting items of protocols that cannot be used will not be displayed.
TCP/IP
This page allows you to configure the Host Name, IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway Address of the
printer, and WINS Server Address. You can obtain the addresses by either [Get IP Address] or [Get
WINS Server Address]. The [Host Name] is the same as the SMB host name.
Please confirm the IP address settings with the network administrator. Invalid [IP Address], [Subnet
Mask] and [Gateway Address] will not work.
The setting for this item will be valid only when the device is restarted. Click the [Apply New Settings
and Reboot Device] button to restart the device.
Host Name: (MAX. 32 x 1 – byte numeric characters, '*', '#', '-')
Enter the host name with not more than 32 characters. .
IP Address
Allow user to set IP address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway Address.
IP Address
Allows the user to enter the IP address allocated to the device in the aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd format.
Each section of the IP address aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is a value between 0 and 255. Note that values 127
and 224 to 254 are not valid for aaa only.
Subnet Mask
Allows the user to enter subnet mask in the aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd format.
Each section of the subnet mask aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is a value between 0 and 255. However,
255.255.255.255 is invalid.
Gateway Address
Allows the user to enter the gateway address in the aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd format.
Each section of the gateway address aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is a value between 0 and 255. Note that
values 127 and 224 to 254 are not valid for aaa only.

This page allows you to configure the settings for SNMP.
