FORWARD INPUT
Pin 8 – Brown
B+ INPUT
Pin 9 – Gray
Powers the controller logic and power boards.
KEY SWITCH INPUT
Pin 10 – Tan
SOLENOID INPUT
Pin 12 – Blue/White
SPEED SENSOR INPUT
Pin 14 – Light Green
REVERSE INPUT
Pin 16 – Blue
Testing Controller Outputs

CONTROLLER OUTPUTS
THROTTLE OUTPUT
Pin 1 – White
Supplies approximately 5 volts in
MCOR 3-pin circuit.
CHARGE INDICATOR LIGHT OUTPUT
Pin 11 – Blue/Yellow
Supplies a positive (+), controlled current
source to power the charge indicator light
on the instrument panel.
CONNECTED CAR OUTPUT
Pin 13 – White/Black
Supplies approximately 13 volts to the
Guardian/Visage unit.
SPEED SENSOR OUTPUT
Pin 15 – Red
Supplies approximately 15 to 16 volts to
the motor speed sensor.
TEST PROCEDURE 16 – Reverse Buzzer
See General Warnings on page 1-1.
NOTE: This is a voltage test.

Test Procedures
TEST PROCEDURE
BPV from Forward/Reverse switch in FWD
(Key switch either ON or OFF)
BPV from Run/Tow switch in RUN
BPV from Key switch in ON
BPV from Solenoid Activating Coil (result of
Key switch in ON)
Alternates from zero (0) to approx. 4.85 volts
depending on speed sensor position. Rotate
rear wheel to see voltage switch (Key switch
either ON or OFF)
BPV from Forward/Reverse switch in REV
(Key switch either ON or OFF)
TEST PROCEDURE
4 to 5 volts measured between pin 1 and B-
terminal on controller (Key switch either ON
or OFF)
Start a charging session. After a few seconds,
light should flash. Can also be seen under
LED Driver in the Monitor menu of the CDT.
Approximately 13 volts measured between pin
1 and B- terminal on controller (Key switch
either ON or OFF)
Approximately 15 to 16 volts measured
between pin 1 and B- terminal on controller
(Key switch either ON or OFF)
