Changing the Frame Rate

When TriggerMode is disabled, you can change the frame rate in AcquisitionFrameRate.
The shortest frame period varies depending on the Width, Height, PixelFormat, SensorDigitizationBits,
Binning(Horizontal/Vertical), FD2x2BinningMode,ImageScalingMode, Decimation
(Horizontal/Vertical), ChunkModeActive, GevSCPSPacketSize, GevSCPD,
NetworkThroughputSafetyMargin settings.
The NetworkThroughputSafetyMargin setting (in TransportLayerControl) controls how much of the
available GigE Vision bandwidth can be used to transmit image data. The default value is 92 (percent).
You can shorten the frame period (increase the frame rate) by increasing this value, however at values
above 92, abnormal images may be observed. If abnormal images are observed, lower the value.
The longest frame period is 0.125 Hz (8 sec.).
Note: When TriggerMode[FrameStart] is enabled, the AcquisitionFrameRate setting is disabled.
