Cause
The LED head is dirty.
The toner is low.
The window film of the image drum
is dirty.
The image drum has not been
installed correctly.
A foreign object is stuck in the
image drum.

Printing is faint in the vertical direction

Cause
The LED head is dirty.
The toner is low.
The paper is not supported.
Solution
Wipe the LED head with soft tissue paper.
"Toner Low. " or "Toner Empty. Replace with a new toner
cartridge." is displayed, replace the toner cartridge.
Wipe the window film with soft tissue paper.
Please install the image drum correctly.
Please replace the image drum.
Solution
Wipe the LED head with soft tissue paper.
"Toner Low." or "Toner Is Empty. Replace With A New
Toner Cartridge." is displayed, replace the toner cartridge.
Use recommended paper.
