When firmware update has failed
Cause
The connection with the server has
failed.
The admin password that you input is
incorrect.
The printer is powered on.
The printer is not connected.
The printer is being used.
An error occurred in the printer (No
toner, paper jam, etc.).
When driver installation or update has failed in Windows 7/Server 2008/Server 2008 R2
Cause
Microsoft update "KB4474419" is not
applied.
Solution
Check your Internet connection environment.
Check the admin password.
Power on the printer, enter the standby mode, and
run the update again.
Connect the printer.
Update the firmware after the printer has stopped.
Update the firmware after the error has been cleared. -
Solution
Please apply Microsoft update "KB4474419".
