Printing is light

Cause
The toner is low.
The density is not adjusted.
The paper is moist.
The paper is not supported.
The paper is not supported.
The media weight is set
incorrectly.
Recycled paper is used.
It is used under an environment
where combustion is emitted.

White dots or lines appear

Cause
Dry the paper as it is moist.
Solution
"Toner Low." or "Toner Empty. Replace with a new toner
cartridge." is displayed, replace the toner cartridge.
Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel several times
to select [Calibration] and run density adjustment.
Use the paper stored at appropriate temperature and
humidity.
Use recommended paper.
Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel several times
to select the paper tray you are using from [Menus] - [Tray
Configuration], and set an appropriate value for [Media
Weight]. Or, change [Media Weight] to a thicker value than
the present value.
Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel several times
to select the paper tray you are using from [Menus] - [Tray
Configuration], and set a thicker value for [Media Weight].
Do not install this machine under an environment where
combustion is emitted. If this machine is used under an
environment where combustion is emitted indoors such as
near an electric or gas stove, the image drum may be
degraded.
Solution
Use the paper stored at appropriate temperature and
humidity.
