If the outdoor unit is powered separately, turn off the outdoor unit switch on the
PDF.
Step 2 Reclaim all the refrigerant from the system using a refrigerant reclaiming device
to ensure that there is no pressure inside the system.
Step 3 Open the top cover and left front panel.
Step 4 Remove the safety valve using a torque wrench.
Step 5 Apply 557 glue to the threads of the new safety valve.
Step 6 Tighten the safety valve to a torque of 60 N m using a torque wrench.
Step 7 Perform a leakage test with nitrogen. After checking that there is no leakage,
vacuumize the system and charge refrigerant.
Step 8 Reinstall the front panel, left front panel, and top cover.
Step 9 After power-on again, choose
set the compressor rotational speed to 3000 rpm.
Step 10 Choose Run > Device Run State to read the suction pressure, discharge pressure,
and EEV suction superheat degree. Check whether they are within the normal
ranges and whether there is no abnormal alarm.
Step 11 Choose
rotational speed to 0 rpm.
Step 12 Exit the diagnostic mode.

Tools: welding tool, refrigerant retrieval device (required based on local
conditions), nitrogen injection and pressure preservation tool, vacuumization tool,
refrigerant injection tool, Phillips screwdriver, protective gloves
Procedure
Step 1 Turn off the indoor unit power switch and the indoor unit switch in the PDF.

A filter dryer needs to be replaced.
A spare filter dryer of the same model is available and functional.
