Wait for the battery to charge to a value above the minimum State of
Charge (SoC).
Ensure BATTERY SYSTEM DC isolator is ON (up).
Ensure all Battery and BMS cables are installed correctly.
Pylontech batteries: Ensure DIP switches are set correctly
Ensure batteries been started correctly.
OK. Connected to the Redback cloud. No action required.
Internet connection lost. Ensure the local network is operating correctly.
The inverter has not been registered. Register the inverter on the
Redback app or portal.
The Redback server is not available. Contact Redback.
Inverter is Bluetooth (BT) discoverable. Connect your phone to begin
onboarding.
Bluetooth connection established. Continue onboarding.
Restart Bluetooth. Set the Bypass switch to the middle position for 5
seconds then return to the original position.
Bluetooth times-out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Ensure the local network is operating correctly.
Changes to router or passwords will require re-onboarding.
If communications do not re-establish, restart the EMS.
If communications do not re-establish within 10 minutes of a restart, the
