Compliance inspections

3.8.1

ASSIGNING AN INSPECTOR

Installers may assign a Compliance Inspector to each new product installation. Assignment is completed on the Redback Portal.
Products must be registered in the installer's fleet prior to assigning an inspector.
# PROCEDURE
Login to the Redback portal at

Search for the required product serial number from the
list.
Click the required product to open the product
properties.
Click Dashboard.

Navigate to the Inverters tab and select User Access.
3.
Add a new user.
4.
Enter Inspector's email and name.
Select Inspector from the drop-down list.
Select Invite to save.
Notification emails will be sent to the email address
provided.
The Inspector will now appear in the list of users of this
