BALANCE OF SYSTEM (BOS)

If you are installing dual enclosures, install the Secondary Enclosure now. Review the BE14000 Secondary
Enclosure Installation Manual found in the Connection Kit box, or online at
Installation notes
• The BoS is supported on the Wall Mounting Frame using two integrated hooks.
The PV ARRAY DC isolator must be OFF, and the knob removed before the BoS front cover can be released.

Prepare and mount the BoS
Remove the BoS assembly from the shipping carton.
Remove the BoS Slotted Cover (4 screws).
Lift the BoS assembly onto the hooks in Wall Mounting Frame as shown – use the middle slots. This is a temporary
location: it provides better access and visibility when connecting cables.
Rotate the PV ARRAY DC isolator knob to ON position (12 o'clock). Loosen the grub screw, rotate the knob to the
OFF position (9 o'clock). Remove the knob.
Loosen the four 4mm, hex-drive screws. Remove the BoS front cover and set aside.
Screw in the Wi-Fi antenna.
