10.2 Maintenance plan
The following table describes the required maintenance measures

Check the exterior of the cabinet for visible damage, stickers, graffiti, etc.
•
Check touch screen (HMI) for visible damage
•
Check charging cable and plug for moisture, dust or corrosion
•
Check the position of the charging plug in the plug holder (option for CCS charging)

Check HMI for errors on the charger

•
Check function of cabinet door (lubricate hinges if necessary)
•
Check door locks and hinges for ease of movement
•
Check whether an error message appears on the touch screen display (HMI) after
opening the cabinet door.

Check Emergency STOP button (NOT during charging process)
•
Check whether an error message appears on the touch screen display (HMI) after
pressing the button.
Observe if charger comes back to default function after button is released.

Check ventilation openings
•
Clean grilles of fans and air intakes
•
Check all filter mats and clean or replace if dirty
•
Check the indoor fans and clean them
•
Check fans for unusual running noises
•
Check fan for damages

Inspect inside charger sealing, doors, grating, and cable bushings

Visual inspection of the cabinet for any damages of all components

Cleaning of the interior if necessary

Are country-specific additional signs available?

Is system documentation (circuit diagrams, product documentation, OEM docu‐
mentation) available?

Check if SW-updates are available

Check tightening torques or mark on nut

Ensure the earthing straps are complete and check for damage and tightness
