Database Server function

All Nortel Quality Monitoring application functions are controlled by
database tables enabled by way of the Nortel Quality Monitoring Kernel and
Microsoft SQL Server. The list of these functions includes the following:
All administrative functions (agent, terminal, department, and so on)
File management by way of the Nortel Quality Monitoring Playback
Client
Switch Interface Unit functions (skill sets, extensions, blocked
extensions)
All evaluation data recorded in the Forms Reporter front ends.
