port Port used to listen for connections from
the Wadl executables
ServiceName (optional) WADLD can look in the TCP
services file to find the WADLD port. Set this
to the service name defined in the file.
Debug Set to 1 to display debug messages(low
level diagnostics), 0 otherwise

Typically the NumberOfConnections will be set to 0.
