    When you have completed the install or uninstall, you can restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service. If have trouble installing the Nortel Quality Monitoring Server or you are not able to replay the journals through PC Speaker playback, you may also need to do one or both of the following to restore function: Stop and restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service.

Do not attempt to install or uninstall the WAVI Service on a remote machine. You can, however, uninstall the WAVI Service by itself after you install it.

    September 2007 Upgrading to Nortel Quality Monitoring 6.01 To upgrade to version 6.01 from an earlier version of Nortel Quality Monitoring, simply run the installation program and follow the onscreen prompts. Refer to the Installation Guide for information about running the installation program.

    To upgrade an existing version of the Nortel Quality Monitoring database, follow these steps: 1 Click Start > Programs > Nortel Quality Monitoring server, then click dbutil32. Result: The Database Utility dialog box appears: 2 Enter the name of your database server (typically the local host name) in the Database Server Name field.
