Shutting down the system

In order to properly shutdown the database and Server, do the following:
1 Select the Kernel icon located on the task bar at the bottom of the
screen.
Note: Stop the WitnessService if running in Service Mode. For more
information, see "Nortel Quality Monitoring Server as a service" on page
22.
2 Press the letter Q.
All of the processes begin to quit or shutdown.
