Note: If you make a change to the server.ini, process.ini, or voice.ini files,
you need to restart the kernel. Refer to "Nortel Quality Monitoring Server as
a service" on page 22 for information about restarting the kernel.

MaxShutdownTime Time (seconds) that Kernel allows for dependent
Program name displayed at startup.
Company name.
Name of INI file for process startup.
Specifies the language (locale) used by various
server components, including Archive and status
messages sent to the client application. Defined
values include: English (US)=ENU, Italian=ITA,
Spanish=ESM, French=FRA, Japanese=JPN
Specifies whether processes should be run in consoles
or silently.
*** Must set to 1 for Service mode ***
processes to shut down before being forceably
shut down.
