Voice channel distribution

In voice channel distribution, the voice signal comes in by way of a T1 line
or an analog line . In the case of a T1 line, (24) twenty-four channels are
available for distribution and in the case of an analog line (16) sixteen
channels are available for distribution. The process voxman.exe handles the
voice channels and with the parameters within the voice.ini file determines
which channels are used for monitoring and which are used for playback.
