Appendix E – Regulatory Information
EMC, Safety, and R&TTE Directive Compliance
The CE mark is affixed to this product to confirm compliance with the following European Community Directives:
Council Directive 89/336/EEC of 3 May 1989 on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to electromagnetic
compatibility,
and
Council Directive 73/23/EEC of 19 February 1973 on the harmonization of the laws of Member States relating to electrical
equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits,
and
Council Directive 1999/5/EC of 9 March 1999 on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual
recognition of their conformity.
FCC Part 15 Declaration
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment
is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of
