Responding to Meeting Reminders

When a meeting is about to start, the Polycom Conferencing for Outlook
screen displays a meeting reminder on the right side of the screen.
To respond to meeting reminders:

Join Now.
Leave Meeting button.
Yes to join the meeting.
No to cancel the reminder.
