Get Started Get Started If you have chosen the optional room sensor, the RealPresence Immersive Studio experience begins when you enter the room. The sensor at the door activates the system, a chime alerts you that the system is enabled, and the monitors display the panoramic wallpaper. -

When you tap , the preferred form of dialing a call displays. Join Scheduled Meetings If no meetings appear on the RealPresence Immersive Studio Home screen, your system is not connected to the Microsoft Exchange Server. To join a scheduled meeting: 1 Tap the meeting notice. -
