— If the other site in the conference uses traditional (standalone) video
conferencing equipment, the document appears on their content
monitor. If the site has only one display, the document appears on that
display.
Use the Document Camera controls as needed:

Freeze/Snapshot to take a still image of the document.
When you are done using the document camera, touch

Cam to stop sending content.

Classic User Interface

To view content with a document camera when you are using the Classic UI:
Touch
Doc Cam on the Touch Panel. (Note that the icon label

depends on what your system administrator chose as the label name.)
The following then occurs:
— The document camera powers on in about three seconds.
— If your suite is equipped with a VZ-C12
field appears on the main table.
spotlight field on an RPX HD 400 Series main table. The RPX HD 200
Series main table has similar placement.
Place your document on the main table. (For suites equipped with a

document camera, place the document on the spotlight field.)
The following then occurs:
— The words "Local Content" and "Doc Cam" on the Touch Panel
change from white to yellow:
— If there are tabletop content monitors in the room, the content appears
on all of those content monitors.
— If the other site in the conference is another RPX HD or an OTX 300,
the content appears on their tabletop content monitors.
Zoom to zoom in or out on the document.
Focus to manually focus in or out on the
AutoFocus to allow the document camera
