Display Modes

This radar has three display modes available. All modes except head-up require a
heading signal.

Selecting a display mode

Tap the mode box at the upper left of the screen.

Each time you tap, the mode changes in the order of "HEAD-UP" → "NORTH-UP"
→ "COURSE-UP"... Select the display mode needed.

Heading line is always oriented toward the top of the screen.
Bearing scale is stabilized with reference to north.
The heading line is directed toward the desired direction (such as
destination or port) at the moment course up is selected. The heading
(set course) is fixed toward the top of the screen. The bearing scale
rotates.
NORTH-UP and COURSE-UP require heading signals. If the heading signal is
disrupted during NORTH-UP or COURSE-UP, the mode automatically
switches to the HEAD-UP mode. If NORTH-UP or COURSE-UP is required,
reconnect the bearing sensor and then select the display mode again.
