Refer to the table on the next page for pin arrangement on the multi cable.

Isolation and protection of unused core wires

1. Make a slit in shrink tubes, outer sheath and inner sheath.
2. Peel back the outer and inner sheaths, then fold them back toward the outer sheath.
3. Individually isolate unused core wires using vinyl tape, then secure them to the outer
sheath with vinyl tape.

How to connect an external buzzer
1. Cut the external buzzer cable to a length appropriate for the installation, then cut off
the XH connector.
2. Insert heat shrink tube over each core wire.
3. Solder the core wires of the multi cable and the external buzzer cable together.
4. Move the heat shrink tubes over the soldered parts, then apply heat to the tubes to
shrink them.
