20) Remove the sensor unit [1].

21) Remove the fixing sleeve unit [1].
22) Remove the cover [1].
- 2 claws [2]
23) Remove the PCB [1].

- Do not disassemble the fixing sleeve unit in the field.
Disassembling it may cause a functional fault.
