8.3.3.11 Removing the Table Base Pallet

Procedure
1. Mount the 2 jack beams to the table base
using 2 pcs. M10 × 70 mm and an 8 mm
Allan wrench.
The screws are mounted in the table base
when shipped.
2. Using a ½" ratchet, raise the jacks by
approximately 1" (25 mm), and remove
the pallet.
3. Position the trolley below the table base,
and lower the table base onto the trolley.
4. Remove the jack beams if needed for
passing narrow doors.

8.3.3.12 Positioning the Table Base

Procedure
1. Move the table base on the trolley and
position it close to its final position. Leave
approximately 4" (10 cm) space between
gantry and table base, in order to be able
to remount/dismount the jack bars.
2. If the jack bars have been removed, re-
mount these now.
3. Raise the jacks and remove the trolley.

8.3.3.13 Mounting the Guide Screws

Procedure
1. Lower the table base and remove the front
jack beam, leaving the rear jack beam
approximately 1" (25 mm) above the
floor.
2. Place the 2 protective plastic feet under
the front end of the table base.
3. Insert the 2 long M10 bolts (shipped with
the system) through the gantry frame into
the threaded holes in the table base. Use a
