Confirmed Performance / Documented Activity
• Observed the process cycle to ensure all functions are operating as intended.
• Used a calibrated thermometer to compare the onscreen temperature readings with the
actual temperature of the disinfectant reservoir and the processing chamber. The
actual temperature reading are within ±2°C of the displayed temperature.
• While the system was in operation, checked for leaks within the device.
• Printed the completed cycle and verified cycle parameters, verified the detergent and
HLD being used matches the printout. Confirmed detergent and HLD parameters are
being met.
• Completed all applicable maintenance logs and records.
