Filter Screen Inspection

1. Located in the processing chamber, is a side compartment covered by a perforated cover.
2. Remove the cover and locate the housing containing the intake filter screen.
3. If lint is found, unscrew the housing and remove and thoroughly clean the intake filter screen under running
water with a stiff bristle brush.
4. Replace the intake filter screen, making certain it is seated correctly within the housing frame.
5. Apply PTFE tape to the male threads of the screen housing and screw the housing in place, hand tight.
6. Make certain the housing and screen are secure before hanging the perforated cover back in place.

Manual Switch Testing

Rinse Switch

1. Activate the Rinse switch on the front door, listen for a click and visually observe the LED light turning on at
the switch. Test the hand spray after activating, by spraying into the processing chamber.
2. When the test is completed, turn the rinse switch to the off position and spray the hand spray one more time
into the processing chamber to release pressure.

Air Switch

1. Ensure all of the flushing adapters are plugged into processing chamber before operating the air switch.
2. Activate the Air switch on the front door, listen for the air pump and the click from the air solenoid and visually
observe the LED light turning on at the switch.
