Preventative Maintenance Schedule Checklist

Quarterly Maintenance
83 Plus 9 (Bay 1, Bay 2)
• Checked overall cleanliness of the system and external components.
• Labels are present and legible on outside on the chassis.
• System is properly connected to AC outlet.
• Inspected for wear and damage.
• All lids are properly resting on the seal.
• Checked for cracks or broken lids or hinges.
• Checked hinges for wear and tear.
• Checked foot pedal and cable for wear and damage.
• Hoses are secure. Inspected for cracking and leaks.
• Checked bottle level; replaced as necessary.
• Checked tubing for kinks and damage.
• Checked fittings for leaks.
• Inspected housing for leaks, gauges for damage.
• Inspected keyboard cover for puncture, tears and wear.
• Inspected the keyboard for damage and that it is properly connected to the
computer.
• Inspected the computer for damage to the display and that all connections are
secure.
• Checked the printer is present and connected to the computer.
Navigated to the process information screen.
• Reviewed the error log from the date of the last preventative maintenance
Activated the Water valve.
• Verified the Water valve output indicator illuminates on the left side of the service
screen.
• Verified the Flow input indicator illuminates on the right side of the service screen.
• Heard a click when activated.
Filled the processing chamber with water and activated the Ultrasonics.
• Verified the Ultrasonics output indicator illuminates on the left side of the service
screen.
• Verified the Ultrasonics input indicator illuminates on the right side of the service
screen
Activated the Drain pump.
• Verified the Drain pump output indicator illuminates on the left side of the service
screen.
• Heard the pump when activated.
