5 Touch the "Close" key. The touch panel will return to the
screen in step 3.
6 Touch the "Close" key once again. The touch panel will return
to the screen in step 2.

7 Make sure that the "On" key is selected under "copy" and
then touch the "Close" key. Copy management will be turned
ON and the screen to enter your department ID-code will be
displayed.

● Clearing copy counts
Perform this procedure to clear the copy counts for all of the
registered department ID-codes after a designated period of time.
1 Display the "Management code menu" screen.
