Filters

Filters on your sprayer are there to protect components and prevent nozzle clogging.
• Find an EasyCleanFilter (suction) fitted in the working zone.
• Find a CycloneFilter (pressure) fitted on the sprayer's right side just below the yellow side cover. It has a built-in self-
cleaning function.
• InLine filters (pressure) can be fitted at each boom section.
• Find nozzle filters fitted at each nozzle.
• A coarse filter is located below the top cover for the MainTank.
μ
ATTENTION! All the filters should be in use. Regularly check their functionality. Pay attention to the correct
combination of filter and mesh size. For more information, see the chapter "Technical Specifications" in this book.
μ
ATTENTION! Always operate your sprayer with cleaned filters to ensure proper functions and to protect the interior of
the pump and valves.

EasyCleanFilter

This filter collects impurities, when the main pump suck liquid out of the
MainTank.
To ensure proper function of the filter and its built-in valve, open the
filter at least once every month. A label on the lid also designates this.
Beside the spray pressure gauge, a clogging indicator installed. This
works as a vacuum gauge for the filter during operation - the pointer
moves from green towards red, if the filter starts clogging.
