Clear Acrylic Sheet Replacement
If the clear acrylic sheet in the hood front or back becomes scratched or dirty such that it makes it
difficult to see inside the hood, use the following procedure to replace the clear acrylic sheet.
(You can purchase it from the store where the products were purchased by specifying either the front
or rear clear acrylic sheet.)

Front clear acrylic sheet
Use the following procedure to replace the front clear acrylic sheet.
(1) Remove the face nuts
(2) Remove the acrylic sheet
(3) Install the acrylic sheet
(4) Install the face nuts
Rear clear acrylic sheet
Use the following procedure to replace the rear clear acrylic sheet.
Unplug the power cord

Never get your finger caught at the time of front acryl window open/ closed.
Do not stick your finger into a gap between front hood and the acryl plate.
IPC20-E allows only one operator to be engaged in its use.
If the front cover is not attached properly, the vacuum force could drop or
overloading could cause the motor to burnout, so make sure the cover is
attached properly.
Loosen the face nuts (2 locations) on the back of the door.
Remove the hold-down plate and clear acrylic sheet from the
installation plate.
Install the new front clear acrylic sheet at the installation plate. At the
same time, install the hold-down plate.
Fasten down the acrylic plate with the flat washers and face nuts (2
locations). At this time, adjust so that the face nuts are level after being
tightened. If the face nuts are not level, the front acrylic plate might not
close completely.
To prevent electrical shock accidents, be sure to unplug the power
cord from the outlet before inspecting the static eraser.
Do not remove anything except the fastening screw on the bottom
of the static eraser. Do not modify or disassemble the product.
